We're a small manufacturer in Aligarh. We make everything ourselves and we stand behind it. If something goes wrong, we'll fix it.
Something arrived broken?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a clear photo on WhatsApp or email — the damaged piece and the packaging.
We'll send you the replacement piece — the exact part that broke, not a whole new fitting. Fast, no drama.
Defect after use? (12-Month Warranty)
We back our products for 12 months from delivery. If a part fails because of how we made it — a crack in the body, finish coming off under normal weather, a glass panel — send us a photo.
We'll send you the replacement part. Not a whole new product — just the piece that failed.
Wrong item sent?
If we sent the wrong product, tell us within 7 days. We'll sort it out.
What we don't do
- We don't give cash refunds — we replace, we don't refund
- We don't accept returns for change of mind
- We don't accept returns on installed, used, or altered items
- Custom sizes and special finishes are final — no returns on those
- Damage from wrong installation or misuse is not covered
