Where we ship from

All orders are manufactured and dispatched from Aligarh – 202001, Uttar Pradesh, India. Domestic orders go by road or rail courier; export orders go by air freight (fast, higher cost) or sea freight (slower, most economical for bulk/pallet orders).

Air freight estimate uses researched industry-average rates per kg for your region, converted at today's exchange rate — it is a planning estimate, not a live carrier quote. Sea freight is priced per container/CBM by our forwarder, not by weight, so it isn't included in the cost estimate above — ask us for a sea-freight quote if you're ordering in bulk. Customs duty, VAT/GST and clearance charges in your country are separate and not included.

What decides the freight cost

Freight is charged by actual weight (or volumetric weight, whichever is higher) — not by piece count. We confirm the exact weight of your order before quoting, so the freight line on your quote is always based on real, measured numbers, not an estimate.

How an export order works

1. Send us your product list (model numbers from the catalogue) and destination country on WhatsApp or email.

2. We quote ex-works Aligarh in INR, plus freight and any export documentation needed for your country (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin on request).

3. Once confirmed, we cast, finish, pack and dispatch — lead time depends on order size and whether it's stock or custom sizing.

Duties & import taxes

Import duty, GST/VAT and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing. We include accurate invoice values on all export paperwork.
