Builders usually open with a count, often 200 units, and a date, often four weeks. The part they say later is that the RWA will not stop calling if the lights fail.

Why housing societies and builders choose cast aluminium
A housing society's outdoor lights stay on the maintenance list for about 15 years. A corroded body or a cracked fitting becomes a call to the maintenance team and a complaint to the RWA, and the developer who specified it hears about it.
Cast aluminium does not rust in monsoon humidity, and it does not crack the way cheaper die-cast zinc alloys do under temperature cycling. We have housing projects from the early 2000s where the original Padma fittings are still in place, and the LED bulb inside is the main thing that has changed.
Consistency across a large order
For a housing society or a commercial development, every light needs to look identical. A slight colour variation between batch 1 and batch 2 is noticed immediately, and it tells every resident that the developer cut corners.
We cast, finish and powder-coat the lot on our own floor. Two hundred pieces come from the same mould and the same coating batch. A trader buying from three shops cannot promise that.
What projects typically need
A typical residential housing project uses three product types:
- Gate lights for each villa or plot entrance. Post-top lanterns in 20×8 or 24×10 sizes, one or two per gate depending on the pillar layout.
- Pole lanterns for internal roads and common areas. Poles of 8 to 10 feet (about 2.5 to 3 m) with lantern heads, spaced 6 to 10 m apart along internal drives. The reasoning is in driveway pole spacing.
- Wall lights for lobby corridors and stairwells. Compact wall-mounted fittings that give ambient light without glare.
All three leave the same works, on one invoice.
Trade pricing for volume orders
We offer trade pricing for orders of 10 pieces or above. For 100 pieces and above, we provide dedicated project pricing with fixed rates, lead time commitments and phased delivery if needed. Freight to your project site is calculated on delivery location and quantity (see shipping).
We don't publish project pricing online because it depends on product mix and quantity.
Installation support
We don't install, but we prepare every order with the information your installation team needs. Each fitting ships with a wiring diagram, base plate dimensions and mounting hardware. For post-top lanterns and pole lights, we can supply the poles separately or advise on compatible pole specifications from your local supplier.
What we need from you to quote
- The total number of each type of fitting (gate lights, pole lanterns, wall lights)
- Preferred size or sizes (we can advise if you send pillar dimensions)
- Preferred finish: antique gold, antique copper or matte black
- The delivery city, and whether delivery is needed in phases
- The project timeline, meaning when you need the first delivery
