Outdoor Lights for Builders, Housing Societies & Real Estate Developers

When a builder or developer calls us, the first thing they usually say is: "We need lights for 200 units." The second thing they say is: "And we need them in four weeks." And the third, sometimes unsaid, is: "And they can't fail, because we'll never hear the end of it from the RWA."

Thirty-five years of supplying housing projects has taught us exactly what bulk buyers need — and what corners you cannot cut. Here's the honest guide.

Why housing societies and builders choose cast aluminium

A housing society's outdoor lights are not a one-time purchase. They're a 15-year maintenance commitment. Every light that corrodes, every fitting that cracks, every lantern that needs a replacement body — that's a call to the maintenance team, a complaint to the RWA, and a reputational mark against the developer who specified it.

Cast aluminium eliminates most of this. It does not rust. It does not corrode in monsoon humidity. It does not crack under temperature cycling the way cheaper die-cast zinc alloys do. The finish holds. We have housing projects from the early 2000s where the original Padma fittings are still in place — the only change in 20 years has been the LED bulb inside.

Consistency across a large order

For a housing society or a commercial development, every light needs to look identical. A slight variation in colour between batch 1 and batch 2 is noticed immediately — and it signals to every resident that the developer cut corners.

Being a manufacturer — not a trader — is what makes consistency possible. We control the casting, the finishing, and the powder coating from start to end. When you order 200 pieces, they come from the same mould, the same batch of coating, and the same finishing floor. This is something a market trader or importer cannot guarantee.

What projects typically need

A typical residential housing project uses a combination of three product types:

  • Gate lights for each villa or plot entrance: post-top lanterns in 20×8 or 24×10 sizes, one or two per gate depending on pillar configuration.
  • Pole lanterns for internal roads and common areas: 8 to 10-foot poles with lantern heads, spaced 12–15 feet apart along internal drives.
  • Wall lights for lobby corridors and stairwells: compact wall-mounted fittings that provide ambient light without glare.

We supply all three from a single source, which simplifies procurement significantly — one invoice, one dispatch, one point of contact.

Trade pricing for volume orders

We offer trade pricing for orders of 20 pieces or above. For 100 pieces and above, we provide dedicated project pricing with fixed rates, lead time commitments, and phased delivery if needed. All pricing is ex-works Aligarh; freight to your project site is calculated on delivery location and quantity.

We don't publish project pricing online — it depends on product mix and quantity — but we turn around every quote within 24 hours. Send us a message on WhatsApp with your requirements and we'll respond the same day.

Installation support

We don't install — but we prepare every order with the information your installation team needs. Each fitting ships with a wiring diagram, base plate dimensions, and mounting hardware. For post-top lanterns and pole lights, we can supply the poles separately or advise on compatible pole specifications from your local supplier.

What we need from you to generate a quote

  • Total number of each type of fitting required (gate lights, pole lanterns, wall lights)
  • Preferred size or sizes (we can advise if you send pillar dimensions)
  • Preferred finish — antique gold, antique copper, or matte black
  • Delivery city and whether delivery is needed in phases
  • Project timeline — when do you need first delivery?
"A housing society's outdoor lights are a 15-year maintenance commitment. Choose wrong, and the RWA will remember."

We've supplied projects from Delhi-NCR to Hyderabad to Ahmedabad. Send us a WhatsApp message with your project details and we'll have a quote ready within 24 hours.
